Teresa’s attention to form can be seen in this scene of Jesus on the cross. On one side of Jesus, a woman in dark purple robes is holding what looks like flowers or sweets. On the other side, there’s a woman dressed in green and red. As with much of Teresa’s art, it looks like a clear day, but this time we see brown earth and desert instead of her usual green grass.
